This female Black Redstart was quite illusive this morning around the yacht club in Exmouth but spent some time on the roofs of the houses sheltering from the very strong winds , then a quick look at Lyme Bay got me half a dozen European Shag and a Red-Throated Diver .
Later in the day a look at Bowling Green Marsh got me 4 Greylag Geese , a male and female Common Pochard and a male Gadwall , I finished the day off at the Exminster Marshes where the only birds of any note were 50+ European Golden Plover .
