Today I saw only my 6th Red-Necked Phalarope in this Country . A bird that breeds in Northern Scandinavia then migrates to its wintering grounds in the Arabian Sea area . And if you are very lucky you sometimes get juvenile birds dropping off on route in this country to feed up , as this one had done near Luccombe in North Somerset .
