A late afternoon look at Bowling Green Marsh got me this female Common Goldeneye a bird that is an uncommon visitor to the marsh . Also see were 10 Greylag Geese , numerous Eurasian Wigeon and Common Teal , 2 male Northern Pintail , 6 Northern Shoveler , 2 Tufted Duck , a male Gadwall , a small flock of European Golden Plover that flew into the marsh but then flew right out again and down by the viewing platform their was a male and female Common Stonechat .
Back home I saw a small flock of Fieldfare and Redwing in the Topsham Cemetery grounds .
