This morning I decided to go to the top fields at Gore Lane in Exmouth to have a look for any migrants and on the way there I had a Weasel dash across the road in front of me at Maer Lane , I arrived at the top fields and local birder Matt Knott was already there and he put me onto a Tree Pipit , I then walked down to the lower fields and saw a Spotted Flycatcher , 4 Willow Warbler , 1 Common Chiffchaff , numerous Barn Swallow and a Common Sand Martin .
I then went down and had a look at the beach but there was nothing there so I then went to the docks were there was a lot of Gull`s and Tern feeding on the Whitebait and I saw around a dozen Sandwich Tern , 5 Common Tern and a Little Tern .
