A Bit Slower !

The birding on Bowling Green Marsh today was a little bit slower around the bushes with only 3 Common Chiffchaff , a Blackcap , 7 European Robin and 3 Winter Wren seen . But a look at the Marsh was a little bit better with numerous Eurasian Curlew , Common Redshank and Black-Tailed Godwit , 20+ Dunlin , a juvenile Ruff , a juvenile Curlew Sandpiper , a Ruddy Turnstone was my first on the marsh this year , and there was also a touch of exotica with a White-Cheeked Pintail ( also known as Bermuda Pintail ) , also seen were a few Migrant Hawkers , a Southern Hawker and a Comma Butterfly .
