I took another look around the Haldon Forest this morning but it was a bit quiet . But I did manage to see a couple of Hawfinch and I heard another one on call , I also got a fly over Common Crossbill .
But after that there was not a lot else to be seen with a couple of Eurasian Jay , a European Green Woodpecker , and 2 Common Raven . Most of the other birders there had seen one or two Northern Goshawk before I got there but I had to make do with this Common Buzzard lol .
Also seen was this late Red Admiral Butterfly .
