I had a look around Goosemoor in Topsham this Morning but all I could see were 7 Common Greenshank and a Willow Warbler , and on Bowling Green Lane a male Blackcap showed well .
I then went across to the Exminster Marshes where I saw 100+ Eurasian Curlew , 100+ Black-Tailed Godwit , 20+ Dunlin , another male Blackcap and a Common Chiffchaff . Also seen were 4 Slow Worm and my first Grass Snake of the year .
