European Green Woodpecker

I have ben hearing European Green Woodpecker for the last week or so and this morning I finally caught up with a couple of juvenile birds in the Topsham Cemetery Grounds , I just love to see and hear these birds and will never tire of them !
Later in the day I took a look at Bowling Green Marsh at the high tide roost and was very pleased to see around 30-40 Dunlin as we have been a bit short on small waders on here for a while , there was also a partial summer plumaged Ruff and a Common Sandpiper .
