This morning I had my first
Mistle Thrush of the autumn in my garden in Topsham . I then took a look at Bowling Green Marsh twice today , once in the morning and at the afternoon high tide and I saw , numerous Eurasian Wigeon , Common Teal and Northern Pintail , 30+ Gadwall , 10 Northern Shoveler , a juvenile
Garganey , a Little Grebe , 50+ Dunlin , 10-15 Red Knot , 2 Ruff and a Bar-Tailed Godwit but there was no sign of the male
Red-Crested Pochard that I managed to see late in the evening yesterday .
